Becoming a Blanchard’s Coffee Wholesale Client


Apply for a wholesale account:

  1. Go to wholesale.blanchardscoffee.com and click on INTRODUCE YOURSELF.
  2. Complete and submit the wholesale client application and a member of our Sales Team will reach out within one business day.
  • In order to meet Blanchard’s Coffee quality standards, minimum equipment requirements must be met by potential brewed coffee and espresso clients. A Blanchard’s Sales Team member will review any equipment package plans or equipment currently in use and make recommendations for changes or additions if necessary.
  • On-boarding new clients may be subject to coffee and production availability which may be affected by the specific product and volume needs of the prospective client.

  • How to place an order:

    1. Go to wholesale.blanchardscoffee.com and click on LOG IN AND SHOP.
    2. Enter your username and password to log in, then click SHOP to access the wholesale ordering portal.
    3. At check-out, be sure to accurately select your preferred method of payment and whether your order will be picked up, shipped, or delivered.

    Payment Terms:

    • You are able to pay for your order immediately on the site using a credit card, or request an invoice that will be emailed to you via Quickbooks to pay using ACH.
    • All payments are due upon order submission unless other terms are arranged.
    • Customers with a past due balance will be emailed a statement at the end of every month; customers with more than 3 months of unpaid invoices will no longer be able to place new coffee orders until their current balance is paid.

    Delivery Options:

  • Local Pick-up
  • Local Pick-up is available for any wholesale orders at our Westwood Avenue location during Blanchard’s regular operating hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, and Friday 8am - 2pm. Orders for local pick-up require a lead time of two business days to prepare. Once your order is confirmed, an estimated pick-up window will be provided.

  • Local Delivery
  • To qualify for local delivery, clients/locations must be within the City of Richmond and meet the following requirements:

    • $200 order minimum
    • Receiving hours between 9am - 4pm, Wednesday or Friday
    • Wednesday Delivery: must place order no later than 6am Monday morning
    • Friday Delivery: must place order no later than 6am Wednesday morning
    • Shipping 

    All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority, depending on weight and final destination. Shipping costs on wholesale orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your final invoice. All shipping orders will be processed and shipped no later than two business days from receipt. An order confirmation with tracking information will be provided once the order has been received by our production team.
